It has come to our attention that customers are having issues placing orders. We have been led to believe this is due to us changing our credit card processor. If you are using a saved card from your profile the details of the card are stored in the credit card processors database. We do not ever see the card and cannot access it due to security protocol.
To fix this issue, please login to your account and delete the saved credit card from your account.
After it is deleted please add your new card.
This will allow you to complete your order, and obtain a successful payment.
