Dear Customers,

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your order with WeVapeUSA, and appreciate your choosing us for your purchase. I regret to inform you the following update with relation to your most recent purchases.

Due to unforeseen circumstances our Merchandise to fulfill orders has not arrived at our facilities, and are unable to fulfill your order. Due to the nature of delay we do not expect to see the arrival of these packages to our facility for another 7-10 Business Days. We have confirmed a replacement order this morning to replenish our stock in the event the shipment is not released in a timely fashion. We expect the new shipment to arrive in 7-10 Business Days as well. We kindly ask your understanding with the matter, and continued patience to allow us to fulfill your order. However in the event this is not what you would like to do, one of our associates can gladly assist you with any changes you would like to be arranged. Please allow us the courtesy of assisting you resolve and provide updates for any of your questions.

We have confirmed, our shipment has been picked up by the shipping carrier. This is great news since we are 1 step closer to fulfilling your orders. Shipping internationally during a pandemic is really a nightmare, and usually means longer than usual transit times. We hope to begin shipping out our back-orders on March 31st. We do understand for some customers this delay has really affected their everyday life, and we are truly upset for the unforeseen delays. LATEST UPDATE March 18/2021

Merchandise has arrived. This isn’t a time to celebrate yet, since most back-orders will not be fulfilled today. Based on the quantity received in today’s shipment, we will be able to fulfill ALL ORDERS placed in the month of January. Our Warehouse has been instructed to pack, ship, & release all open orders from January. To confirm Mango 5% will be shipped out today. Your original shipping label will be used, and tracking should update within 24-48hrs.

To our customers who have open Pre-Orders or Subscriptions from the Months of February & March, we are still confident that our expected fulfillment date for Mango 5% Pods has not changed. We hope to begin shipping out our back-orders on March 31st. We do understand for some customers this delay has really affected their everyday life, and we are truly upset for the unforeseen delays. We thank you for your continued confidence with our company and promise to deliver your orders in a timely fashion.

To our customers who have open Pre-Orders or Subscriptions for Vanilla or Fruit Pods, we want to inform you of our predicted fulfillment dates. Based on the information we have received from our Inbound Shipping Partners, we cannot confirm any inbound merchandise to date. This information changes daily, and we are anticipating to see some of our Vanilla and Fruit Pods being shipped to us in the coming weeks. As stated in our previous statements, “we are in possession of the merchandise sold” and it is a matter of Logistics to deliver these orders to our USA Customers.

LATEST UPDATE APRIL 5/2021

To Our Dear Customers,

Thank you for your support as we navigate through the hurdles. As most of you are aware, your Pre-Orders have changed to Processing and no longer in Pre-Order Status. You will be receiving numerous updates via email over the next few days with tracking information and updates for your order. The tracking information provided to you will be the exact Labels we will be using when shipping your order out. Please keep in mind that tracking does not update right away.

Do we have Mango Pods in Stock? Unfortunately No

Please understand this is not something we pride ourselves in doing, and are truly ashamed of the delays and inconvenience this caused to our many customers. A recent delay from a shipping Hub in Spain is the cause for our latest delay. We did receive an email from our Representatives in Spain that all customs issues have been resolved and the packages have been released. Based on the estimated travel time from that hub to our USA Offices we can say that our estimated ship dates were only delayed 5-7 business days. We do understand for some customers this delay has really affected their everyday life, and we are truly upset for the unforeseen delays. Based on the quantity received in today’s shipment, we will be able to fulfill ALL ORDERS placed in the month of January and MOST of February. Our Warehouse has been instructed to pack, ship, & release select open orders from January & February. To confirm Mango 5% will be shipped out on 4/8. Your original shipping label will be used, and tracking should update within 24-48hrs. In the event your order was in Processing Status, it will reflect as Complete when a Tracking Number is Created. Your Continued patience and understanding with the matter is appreciated.
